Registered Office and Company Secretarial responsibility fees are billed on 1 January of each year or on appointment and cover the period until 31 December in the year of billing. Responsibility fees are non refundable or time apportioned unless otherwise stated. Bookkeeping fees are billed monthly in arrears or as needed.
